To the Slovak market, Euro MAX Slovakia is known as the undisputed leading developer that specialises in the regional shopping and entertainment centre industry (SEC).

The idea of building a chain of prosperous SE zones might, at first, have seemed nothing but a challenging prospect. However, it has become a successful and well-known brand under the name of MAX.
Stage One involved the building of MAX SEC in Trnava, Poprad, Trenčín, and Nitra. During Stage Two, these were complemented by SEC MAX in Dunajská Streda, Skalica, Žilina, and Prešov.

To date, eight exclusive complexes have been built in Slovakia. Each has been well-designed for the neighbourhood where they are constructed and they do not challenge the restrictions of the local territory plan, which is endorsed by both local governments and residents.

The first four MAX SEC projects have found happy owners. Euro MAX Slovakia now has for sale the Stage Two facilities:
